Terms and Conditions

Home Deliveries

You must provide one of the following options to be eligible to receive your home milk delivery:

  1. Provide a chilly bin (not a cooler bag), with frozen ice packs inside, in a shaded location. Describe the location in the area provided when setting up your payment options.
  2. Provide access to an operating fridge. This must not be inside your home. On a porch or inside a garage door is acceptable. Describe the location in the area proved when setting up our payment options. 
  3. Be home and availabe to receive your delivery. 

If you fail to organise one of these options prior to delivery we will not deliver the milk and your account will still be charged.

Farm Fresh South employees will not enter your house to make a delivery (eg. to put milk in the kitchen fridge).

You must purchase enough 1lt glass bottles from Farm Fresh South to cover each delivery day. You can either leave $5 cash out per bottle for your first delivery or, if you have already purchased bottles from Farm Fresh South, you can leave out the appropriate number of empty bottles. We will then swap the empty bottles for full bottles each delivery. If you happen to damage or break a bottle at home simply leave $5 out for the next delivery and we will replace it. 

Farm Fresh South will ensure the milk is delivered to your home at the highest quality possible at below 6 degrees. Once the milk is delivered it is your responsibility to ensure it is kept at a temperature of 6 degrees or below and cannot be tampered with (eg. by children or animals) which could affect the milk quality. 

You can increase, decrease, pause or cancel your deliveries at any time by contacting Farm Fresh South.

Your chosen order will automatically be deducted from your bank account or credit card at your choosen frequency until you request to stop deliveries or put them on hold (eg. if you're going on holiday).

We will only accept orders from within the standard delivery zone specified on the delivery map. If you are outside of that area please contact us to see if special arrangements can be made. If you can show that there is sufficient interest in your area we will consider expanding the delivery zone.

If, for any reason, Farm Fresh South is unable to fulfill your order on your specified delivery day, we reserve the right to make the order on an alternate day within that calendar week. If, for whatever reason, Farm Fresh South cannot fulfill your order within the calendar week a full refund of the missed order amount will be given.

The delivery times stated are only a guide. Farm Fresh South reserves the right to adjust delivery times as required to suit an efficient delivery system. We will do our best to inform customers in the case of any changes.  

Farm Fresh South is using a payment processing agency called Debit Success to process all home delivery order payments. The customer is responsible for the $10 (FREE for Limited Time ONLY) establishment fee and $12 payment dishonour fee charged by Debit Success. These fees are nonrefundable.

If you miss a payment your deliveries will be put on hold until payments are up to date. 

Farm Fresh South delivery pricing is as follows:

  • $3/lt for milk
  • $3 delivery fee per delivery (total $6/week regardless of how many litres are ordered). This covers vehicle, labour, and admin expenses associated with home deliveries. This amount may be decreased in time if there is sufficient total delivery volume. The more customers we have the cheaper we can make the cost per delivery.
  • $10 (FREE for Limited Time ONLY) one off admin fee charged to your first order. This is refundable if you choose to cancel deliveries within 30 days. 
  • $5/bottle. You are required to own enough bottles to cover each delivery day. 

VIP customers do not get a discounted price/lt for home deliveries. If you are an existing VIP customer who wants to begin home deliveries you have two options. 1. Keep your VIP key so you can still purchase milk from the vending machine when needed and participate in exclusive VIP deals and promotions. 2. Return your VIP key for a partial refund of $10/key. In order to qualify for a refund the key must be in useable condition on return. Contact Farm Fresh South to talk further.

Any new orders or changes submitted up to Sunday night will take place in the following week. ie. an order placed on Monday won't take effect until after the next weekend.  

VIP Customers

Become a VIP customer by purchasing a VIP pay key for $15. This can be done either at the bottle vending machine, online, or by asking Logan or Melissa when at the farm. 

VIP customer receive a discounted price of $2.50/lt from the vending machine only. They also get access to exclusive discounts and promotions throughout the year. 

Keep your VIP key away from anything magnetic as it could wipe the credit. 

Farm Fresh South takes no responsiblity for lost, damaged, or stolen VIP keys or any credit remaining on them.

We recommend either putting the VIP pay key on your car key ring or putting a tag with your contact details on it. This will ensure we can easily find the owner if it is left in the machine or dropped by accident. 

Returns Policy 

This applies to products purchased through our website only but not including home milk deliveries.

A full refund will be provided on any non perishable goods returned to us unopened in their original packaging and within 30 days. Postage expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.

After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty and/or at the discretion of Farm Fresh South staff.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

This applies to purchases from our web site only - not including home milk deliveries. 

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. If your product is being shipped, please allow upto 4 days for delivery.
